HX used much more disposable diapers compared to HE. Her urine volume was so much more even since she was born. I had tried to put her on cloth diaper, but it won't last long and very soon it leaked out.
As the baby would be coming soon, I decided to be determined about toilet training HX. No matter how she rejected toilet bowl, I insisted that she sat on it upon waking up and then max every 2 hours. I also put her on training pant.
Initially she whin alot, till crying non stop and very often no output when sitting on the toilet bowl. I tried to nego by counting to 20, singing...sometimes it worked but most time not. To my frustration, the urine leak out the moment I let her get down ;(. I also tried to reason with her, telling her that she would be turning 3 soon, a big sister to the little baby and should follow her big sister way of using toilet.
Last Thursday, she seemed to be accepting the idea. As it was public holiday, I didnt let her wear disposable at all, and brought her to toilet often, it succeeded most time. Next day, I asked babysitter to continue the pattern no matter how much HX demanded for wearing the disposable. Then on Saturday, according to hubby, HX also continue to use toilet and able to tell when she wanted to ( I was outstation). Yeah!!! my persistance paid off!
As of today, about a week, she has been good. She also has been going toilet by herself, taken off and wore the pant by herself. She has grown up and reach another milestone. Except at night, the rest of the day, she just wore pant.
I am so proud of her!

Big milestone for HE
Its has been a while when HE complain that one of her lower teeth was 'moving' and its painful sometime. I was thinking, was it time to drop the milk teeth.
True enough, last Friday, the tooth could be moved even more obviously and I took the courage to perform 'tooth extraction' for her!
The milk tooth was like crown. When I took it out, there was no root and its quite hollow. I also could see a tooth is 'emerging'.
This had marked a big milestone for HE and greater care for her teeth so that it stay healthy for life! Hopefully...
